After earning a degree in Journalism, Amy lived abroad in London and traveled extensively through Europe and New Zealand, always exploring the intersection of food and culture. Eventually, she left a corporate career in financial research consulting to follow her true passion, enrolling at Johnson & Wales Culinary University in Vail, Colorado. From there, she dove into the restaurant world, working in kitchens and ultimately co-founding Tables, a neighborhood bistro in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood, with her chef husband, Dustin. For nearly 18 years, they built a loyal following and earned acclaim for their creative, seasonal menus.

Amy’s transition into food styling has been a natural evolution of her culinary background. Over the past three years, she has assisted on a wide range of food styling projects and increasingly taken the lead, gaining valuable experience on set and a strong understanding of the pace, demands, and creative collaboration involved. She brings a calm, detail-oriented presence, a deep knowledge of ingredients and preparation, and a genuine love for the way food brings stories to life visually.

Based in Denver, Amy thrives in the kitchen and outdoors. When she’s not cooking or styling, she’s skiing with her family in the winter or hiking and foraging for wild mushrooms in the summer—always looking for inspiration in nature and the everyday beauty of good food.
